I believe women deserve more than simply coping with pain.
My mission is to help women heal trauma through the body, reconnect with themselves, and experience the kind of relief, freedom, and aliveness that becomes possible when the nervous system no longer has to stay in survival mode.
I’m here to support women in moving beyond anxiety, numbness, and disconnection - and into a life that feels more embodied, connected, and fully their own.
My Story
I came to this work after experiencing firsthand how deeply trauma and nervous system dysregulation can shape the way we feel about ourselves, our relationships, and our lives.
For years, I struggled with burnout, emotional overwhelm, and feeling increasingly disconnected from myself. I could feel the impact it was having on my relationships and the way I moved through the world. I had lost a sense of softness within myself and felt stuck in patterns that I couldn’t seem to think or talk my way out of.
I spent years in talk therapy trying to process painful experiences from my past, including childhood sexual trauma. While therapy gave me understanding, I still felt like my body was carrying so much unresolved pain beneath the surface.
Everything changed when I attended a breathwork session that completely shifted my understanding of healing.
In that single session, I processed an experience I had spent years trying to work through intellectually. Something that had once lived in my mind and body every day suddenly no longer carried the same emotional weight or charge. It was one of the most profound experiences of my life and showed me firsthand how deeply the body holds trauma - and how powerful healing can become when we work directly with it.
That experience led me to train in somatic and trauma-informed approaches so I could support other women who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, numbness, emotional pain, disconnection, or overwhelm, especially those who feel frustrated that talking alone hasn’t created the change they’ve been searching for.
Today, the work I do is deeply meaningful to me because I witness these transformations constantly in the women I support. Watching someone move from disconnected, anxious, or shut down into feeling more confident, embodied, emotionally connected, and alive is something I never stop feeling grateful for.
My Approach
I believe healing happens when we learn to listen to the body.
So many women are carrying nervous system activation, emotional pain, and trauma responses without realising how deeply it is impacting their daily lives, relationships, self-worth, and sense of safety within themselves.
Trauma is not only something we think about - it is something the body experiences and remembers. This is why so many people can intellectually understand their patterns and experiences, yet still feel stuck in anxiety, shutdown, numbness, hypervigilance, emotional reactivity, or disconnection.
My work focuses on supporting the nervous system and body to process what has been held beneath the surface in a way that feels safe, supported, and sustainable.
I work in a deeply attuned, body-led, and trauma-informed way, combining somatic practices, nervous system work, breathwork, emotional processing, and grounded support. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and capacity.
I also believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself.
Healing is about creating enough safety within the body to gently meet the parts of yourself that have been carrying pain, protection, fear, grief, or survival responses for a long time.
This work can sometimes feel challenging because it asks us to move toward what has previously felt too painful, overwhelming, or unsafe to fully feel. But it is often through that process that profound change becomes possible.
Above all, I want my clients to know that healing is possible for them. Feeling constantly anxious, disconnected, emotionally shut down, or overwhelmed is not something you simply have to accept forever.
There is another way.

The things that support me most are slowing down, movement, nature, meaningful connection, rest, and practices that help me stay connected to my body and myself.
I believe healing is not only about processing pain, but also about creating more softness, aliveness, presence, pleasure, and safety in our everyday lives.
